What you are buying, when it arrives, and what happens if it does not.
Who you are buying from
Baby Sleep Reset is a product of Wayd Labs Inc., trading as Feeling Lucky Apps. These terms cover the founding preorder sold on this site and nothing else. The binding amount, plan and currency are the ones shown on the order-review screen and repeated by our payment processor before you pay.
What you are buying
You are buying a fixed access period to the Baby Sleep Reset iPhone app, beginning 14 calendar days after you open the order review. The order-review screen shows the exact date before you pay. The annual plan is 12 months of access from delivery for $69.99. The monthly plan is 30 days of access from delivery for $14.99. Both are charged once, today. Neither renews automatically from this web order.
What is not promised
We promise the iPhone app only. We do not promise a web version, an Android version, a multiplatform account, an App Store subscription, redeemable offer codes, or any specific feature beyond the plan contents described on the offer screen. If a described capability changes materially before your access date, you may request a full refund.
Delivery
We email your access instructions to the address you use at checkout on the exact access date shown before payment and on your confirmation page. That date is 14 calendar days after you open the order review. Your email address is the only identity we use to deliver or verify your order, so please use one you can reach. If you do not receive access, contact assistant@wayd.social and we will resend it or refund you.
Refunds
You may request a full refund at any time before the access date shown on your order, for any reason, with no explanation required. Email assistant@wayd.social from the address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and is normally five to ten business days.
If we are delayed
If the app is not delivered on the access date shown on your order, we will email you a definite revised date and you may accept it or take a full refund. If you do not reply by the deadline in that email, we refund you automatically. A delay never becomes an open-ended wait.
If we cancel the product
This is a founding preorder for a program that is still being built. If we decide not to ship it, we close sales, tell you, and refund every paid order in full within two business days. That decision costs you nothing.
Founding limit
Founding preorders are limited to 40 paid orders per program. Once the limit is reached, checkout closes. If two payments complete at the same moment and push the count past the limit, the later order is refunded in full automatically.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and purchasing for yourself. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, defeat payment or security controls, or resell access. We may refund and cancel an order that appears fraudulent.
No health or outcome guarantee
Baby Sleep Reset provides general educational support. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support, and it does not guarantee any health, behavior or relationship outcome. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
